Solid Edge
I promised to share some images from my Solid Edge class so here you go. So far we are still working with part files while we learn the basic tools and navigation. I am looking forward to getting into assemblies and more advanced rendering. So far I really feel like I’m getting the hang of this whole parametric modeling thing. Solid Edge seems to be a good learning tool but I’m already seeing areas where SolidWorks is better (mostly interface related). Here are a couple more examples from the most recent assignments:
