Chapter 7, or is it 10?
Tomorrow (Friday September 3) is my last day at Techtronic Industries (TTi). I have accepted a position as Design Manager with ROBRADY Design in Sarasota, FL starting September 7. This is obviously a mixed blessing. I am disappointed to be leaving TTi and the great team I have been working with here for the last 11 months. We are also sad to be leaving our new neighbors and friends in Anderson, SC. However, we are very excited about the new opportunities that await us in Florida and in my new career. We certainly wouldn’t be making this move if we didn’t think that it was a positive change. The bottom line is that my new position at ROBRADY will take better advantage of my skills and experience which I can only think will lead to great things to come.
Stay tuned over the coming weeks for updates as we find a new place to leave, move and get settled into our new home. I also expect to be encountering lots of new adventures in my new position that should make good blog fodder. ROBRADY’s website only touches on the tip of the iceberg of what I will be working on!
